DescriptionInfant's dress of very sheer, white cotton. It has a wide, square neckline controlled by a drawstring. It is open down the entire length of the center back. The waist is defined by two encased drawstrings. The short sleeves are gathered at the shoulder. The lower skirt is decorated with three 3/8-inch-wide tucks and whitework embroidery in a paisley design. The edges of the back opening are embroidered with whitework sprigs.
