BiographyAnthony J. Armentano was born on 21 June 1916 in Hartford, Connecticut. He served as a member of the Connecticut State Senate from the 3rd district (1957-1961), President Pro Tempore of the Connecticut State Senate (1959-1961), served as the 95th Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut under John N. Dempsey (1961-1963), was a judge of the Connecticut Superior Court (1965-1981), and was an Associate Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court (1981-1986). He died on 25 December 1987.
