BiographyVassa N. Fedorff was born in Russia and escaped with her family during the Russian Revolution. She moved to Union, Connecticut in the 1940s. She worked as the Union tax collector from 1945-1965. She married Basil Alexis Plusnin (1892-1996). She died on 13 August 1996.
