DescriptionInfant's petticoat of white cotton. The skirt is gathered into the 5 1/2-inch-wide band across the top. The center back opening extends 15 1/2 inches. The band extends beyond the skirt opening so that it can overlap. The bottom of the skirt is decorated with eight narrow tucks above the two-inch-deep hem. The machine stitching is a chain-stitch.
