DescriptionInfant's petticoat of white cotton. The long skirt is gathered into the 6 1/2-inch-wide white linen band, which ties with a pair of tapes at the waistline. The center back opening extends fourteen inches. The bottom of the skirt is decorated with five sets of five narrow tucks divided by four wider tucks. The bottom edge is finished in vandyke points.
