DescriptionInfant's petticoat of white cotton. The skirt is gathered into a 6 5/8-inch-wide band across the top. The center back opening extends eleven inches. The bottom of the skirt is decorated with six tucks above an edging of scalloped whitework embroidery with a leaf motif.
