DescriptionInfant's petticoat of white cotton, with a 6 3/8-inch-wide band to pin around the body. The petticoat is closely gathered to this band all around. The bottom of the petticoat is decorated with a row of whitework embroidery in a leaf pattern, flanked by three rows of narrow tucks. The center back opening extends 10 5/8 inches.
