DescriptionWoman's white cotton petticoat, gathered slightly into a 1 3/8-inch-wide waistband. The center back is open for 10 3/4 inches and closes with a single mother of pearl button at the waistband. The petticoat is gored for extra flare. It is finished at the bottom with a three-inch eyelet-embroidered ruffle.
