DescriptionBlue cardboard "wallet" with a stamped image inside the front flap of a female statue on a pedestal surrounded by bales of wool and a number of sheep, with a ship in the background. A shield on the pedestal is inscribed "CR / 621". Nine flaps fold up inside the cover; the first five have glue residue; the last three have small rectangular pieces of woolen textile in shades of brown, purple and red. The final flap is empty. Each fold out flap is framed with a blue border with shells in the corners, medallions on the bottom and top, and ovals along the sides, each with a number written in pen. The outside cover has been written on with the name "Sanford H. Clayton (?) / Woodbury, Ct." On the top flap is inscribed "*621* / 56 % 5/8 bolt [illegible]."

NotesIn red, written over in black, the number 2403 is written on the outside cover. The number in the accession register is for a book from the estate of James B. Hosmer. Found in Hoadley with a note that it had been found in a wallet, but no other details.
