DescriptionSmall, redware measuring cup with a brown slip glaze, or Albany-type glaze, on the interior and on portions of the exterior near the handle. Much of the exterior of the measuring cup has been left rough and unglazed. The measuring cup has a flat, round base with sides that taper slightly to form a plain rim. A flat, square handle with a hole in the center was applied to one side of the rim. There is one small chip in the rim of the measuring cup.
