DescriptionRound, redware jar with a clear lead glaze on the interior and exterior, with the exception of the foot, which is unglazed. The jar is decorated on the exterior with randomly-applied spots of manganese black decoration. The jar has a round foot and slightly swelled sides that narrow at the neck before widening to form a plain rim. A raised band circles the neck of the jar. The jar has two applied, cupped lug handles applied on opposite sides of the jar just below this raised band. Three separate groups of incised lines circle the jar just below this raised band (underneath the handles), below the handles, and at the widest point of the jar.

There are several minor chips and one larger chip on the outer edge of the rim, and light scratches over the body of the jar. All the glazed surfaces of the jar have light crazing.
