DescriptionA man in a military uniform is falling off a rearing horse. He holds a sword in his right hand. He has let go of the reins with his left hand. Ranks of American soldiers are at the right, advancing towards the left. They hold rifles with fixed bayonets. An American Flag is in the background. Some men are wounded and have fallen to the ground. Mexican troops in the left background fire at the Americans. A Mexican flag is visible above the rifle smoke.
