DescriptionBoy's vest of white ribbed cotton (dimity). The vest is double-breasted, with five pairs of mother of pearl buttons that are carved with a flower. One each side, there is a breast pocket and a lower pocket. The lower front edge is dipped. The backing fabric and fabric lining the vest front is plain, white cotton. The center back seam is notched at the lower edge. The fit of the vest adjusts with a buckled strap across the lower back. There is an interior pocket on the proper right side.
