DescriptionInfant's white cotton petticoat, gathered into a 1 1/8-inch waistband, which is worked with five buttonholes for attaching to the bodice or camisole. The hem is edged with three-inch-wide bobbin lace. The petticoat opens at center back for 7 1/2 inches.
