DescriptionSmall girl's petticoat of sheer, white cotton. The skirt is gathered into a waistband, which has three buttonholes distributed at the sides and front for fastening to the shirt. The center back opening extends four inches and fastens with a single mother of pearl button. The skirt is decorated with four tucks, stitched with drawn threadwork, above a two-inch-deep flounce edged with scalloped bobbin lace.
