DescriptionWoman's white cotton sacque. The neckline is high and round, finished with a ruffle of whitework embroidery. The center front opening fastens with seven very small mother of pearl buttons. The opening is flanked by five narrow vertical tucks. The sleeves are narrow and end in three tucks and an edging of whitework embroidery. The lower back is cut with flared panels so the sacque lies smoothly over a bustled skirt.
