BiographyAttilio R. Frassinelli was born on 7 August 1907 in Stafford Springs, Connecticut. He served in the Connecticut House of Representatives from 1947 to 1953 and was the 98th lieutenant governor of Connecticut serving under John N. Dempsey from 1967-1971. He died on 9 February 1976.
