DescriptionMolded black rubber miniature boot. The boot top is higher in the front than in the back. The foot of the boot is styled with a high instep and round toe. The rubber is molded to suggest a separate sole and a knock-on heel. Originally, the top edge of the boot had two loops (bootstraps), but they are now broken. "PAT'D. JAN. 27. 1885 / WOONSOCKET / RUBBER / CO" is molded into the side of the boot.
