DescriptionBlack rubber boots to wear over shoes. The boots are open up the center front with adjustable, black enamelled metal buckles. Behind this slit opening is a wide pleat (rather than a tongue), which is attached on each side for the length of the opening so as not to allow in moisture. The sole of the boot is molded with a tread pattern of a double diamond grid. The boot is lined with a brown napped knit fabric. There is a small strip of yellow reflective tape attached to the top of each boot at center back and center front.
