DescriptionInfant's petticoat of white cotton. The long skirt is gathered into the 5 7/8-inch-wide band across the top. The center back opening of the band overlaps so it can be pinned closed. The opening continues for seven inches down the skirt. The skirt is decorated with five narrow, overlapping tucks above the 2 1/4-inch deep hem.
