DescriptionSmall child's petticoat, gathered onto a straight bodice, 4 1/2 inches long, with white cotton tape shoulder straps. The petticoat opens at center back for ten inches and fastens with three white porcelain buttons. The petticoat is decorated with bullion stitch embroidery in a floral design around the scalloped hem. Above this are three narrow tucks.
