DescriptionSmall child's slip of white cotton. The plain bodice has a wide, round neckline; this and the armholes are bound with bias white cotton. The skirt is gathered into the 5/8-inch-wide waistband. It is embellished with rows of narrow tucks above the eyelet ruffle edging the bottom. The slip opens down the center back of the bodice and fastens with four small mother of pearl buttons. The side seams are very wide flat-felled.
