Theodore Newcomb

BiographyTheodore Newcomb was born about 1894, a native of New London, Connecticut, and a lifetime resident of West Hartford, Connecticut. He worked as an engineer for the Hartford Electric Light Company (HELCo), and was a photographer as a hobby. He was married to Elizabeth G. (b.a. 1892). He died on 18 August 1986.
