BiographyToby-Sue Shapiro is the daughter of Israel Shapiro and Mrs. Max Rudnick (her mother remarried after her father's death), and the sister of Harold B. Shapiro. She graduated from the School of Education at Syracuse University. On 6 May 1962, Toby-Sue Shapiro married Frank E. Hano of Holyoke, Massachusetts. After their marriage, the Hanos lived in South Hadley, Massachusetts, but later moved to Avon, Connecticut.
