DescriptionWhite, cotton shirtwaist with center front closure, long sleeves, high collar, french cuffs, elastic at waist, bobbin lace, and tucks. High, rounded collar, and french (double) cuffs are edged in bobbin lace. Center front opening is edged with bobbin lace insertions and multiple rows of vertical tucks radiating out from the center front with five small tucks then one large tuck, then five more small tucks and ending with one large tuck. Shirtwaist back also has a series of twelve vertical tucks. Center closure has six covered buttons but closes with hooks and eyes. Shirtwaist hem has small casing with thin elastic cording.
