DescriptionU.S. Navy blue service uniform comprising of (a) jumper and (b) trousers.

(a) The jumper is a dark blue Melton wool V-neck pullover blouse with the Naval insignia patch on the upper left arm with two crossed keys indicating the wearer as a Storekeeper Petty Officer 1st Class, and a square sailor’s collar featuring three lines of white tape and two stars. The yoke of the jumper is made with a double layer of material and joined with a stylized seam at the mid-chest, the proper right side of the chest features an inside patch pocket with a flap and plastic button closure. The cuffs of the jumper have two 25-line plastic anchor emblem buttons and three white stripes which indicate the original owner held the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class.

(b) Trousers are wool with four pockets, two front, and two back, and feature a metal fly zipper fastener.
