DescriptionU. S. Army enlisted man’s overcoat, double-breasted, ulster-style design with notched lapel and roll collar in olive drab 32-ounce melton wool with a partial lining of 8.2-ounce cotton-twill. The overcoat has 9, 1inch diameter light brown plastic great seal buttons, 7 on the front for closure and two on the back belt, 2 half-inch light brown plastic great seal buttons on shoulders, and nine basic half-inch diameter buttons in brown plastic.
Identifying information has been stamped on the lining of the upper back in black, “A 3849”, “40R”. Worn by Mitchell Arron during the Korean War.
