Description(a) Man’s western wear long sleeved square dancing shirt constructed of white polyester woven with a vertical damask-like stripe and snap closures. The shirt features a stylized yoke on the front and on the back, and two snap pockets, one on each side of the chest. The snap closures on the front placket, chest pockets, and at the wrists are constructed of metal and plastic, the plastic is designed to look like mother-of-pearl.

(b) Red polyester neckerchief, and (c) metal neckerchief slide in the shape of a cowboy boot. This outfit was worn by David Amidon.
