Description(a) Man’s western wear long sleeved square dancing shirt constructed from black cotton-poly blend fabric with snap closures. The shirt features a stylized yoke on the front and on the back, and two snap pockets, one on each side of the chest. The snap closures on the front placket, chest pockets, and at the wrists are constructed of metal and plastic, the plastic is designed to look like mother-of-pearl.

(b) Bolo tie cord, black with silver colored metal aglets and (c) metal bolo tie clasp/slide with depiction of horse head in silver color on black ground.

(d-e) Pair of metal collar tips to be worn on collar of shirt (a).

(f) Plastic name tag for the Central Valley Square Dance Club belonging to David Amidon. The name tag has small charms inscribed with the names and dates of various square dance events in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
