DescriptionThree-quarter-length portrait of a young woman. She wears a low-cut dress with lace trim on the sleeves and at the neckline. A flower, possibly an artificial flower, is pinned to the bodice, which appears to have horizontal gathers in it. The woman has two rings on her right hand appears to have a glove on her left hand. She is seated on an upholstered chair or sofa. A mirror in an elaborate gilt frame is on a small table at the right. Drapery is in the right and left background. A column is in the left background.
