DescriptionWoman's blouse of white cotton seersucker. The blouse has a high round neckline that is piped, and a center front opening with eight button holes (buttons are missing). The blouse is gathered into a 1 1/8-inch-wide waistband across the center front and center back. The shoulderline is dropped low, and the armscye is piped. The full sleeves are gathered into the armscye and into a 1 1/4-inch-wide cuff, which is made of whitework-embroidered, fine, white cotton. The cuff closes with a white porcelain button on a metal shank, and thread loop.
