DescriptionWoman's blouse of cream-colored cotton crepe, embroidered with white dots. The blouse has a high, round neckline bound with plain cotton, and a deeply dropped shoulderline and yoke across the front and back. The edges of the yoke are outlined with heavy self-covered piping. The center front opening fastens with hooks and eyes under a placket decorated with non-functioning crocheted ball buttons, applied in sets of three. The blouse is pleated onto a twill tape which is stitched around the interior of the waistline, about 1 1/2 inches above the bottom edge. It is slightly gathered into the bottom of the yoke. The long sleeves are straight and have six-inch-long cuffs headed by the heavy piping and decorated with seven of the crocheted ball buttons along the outside seam. The wrist openings are edged with narrow crocheted lace. The blouse is completely unlined.
