DescriptionWoman's blouse made of sheer, white cotton, woven with heavier threads in a windowpane check pattern, with two woven dots inside each square. The bodice has a high, round neckline which is piped. The center front opening fastens with seven small thread-covered buttons. The shoulderline is dropped, and the armscye is piped. The short sleeves are eased into the armscyes, and they are edged with self-fabric ruffles gathered over a cord. The ruffles gradually widen towards the outside of the arm. The front and back of the blouse are gathered into the 1 1/8-inch-wide waistband, which is lined with plain cotton.
