DescriptionYoung girl's sleeved pinafore of white cotton, woven with a fine twill rib. The pinafore has a wide neckline controlled by a drawstring. The shoulder is sloped and the shoulder seam and armscye are piped. The leg-o'-mutton sleeves are very full at the top, and they curve and taper to a narrow wrist. The seam along the inside of the sleeve is piped. The center back opening extends for the length of the pinafore. It closes with the drawstring at the neck and with a single mother of pearl button five inches from the top.
