DescriptionGroup of men, women, boys and girls pose in front of a hot air balloon, probably in Windsor or Bloomfield area. Letterpress text from label on back: "View of balloon immediately after landing ... Our landing was effected close under the precipitous eastern side of Hanging Mountain, and the photograph was taken in this deeply shaded place , at 6.45 in the evening. / These are the first and only successful views ever taken from a balloon."
