DescriptionWoman's white cotton petticoat with a drawstring waist. The petticoat has a sixteen-inch-deep flounce which creates a double layer below the knees for extra fullness. The flounce is decorated with two sets of narrow tucks, stitched with pulled threadwork. A scalloped machine-embroidered eyelet ruffle edges the flounce. Underneath the flounce, the petticoat has a four-inch-deep self-fabric ruffle. The center back opening is 5 1/2 inches deep.
