DescriptionWoman's white cotton petticoat, with a drawstring waist across the back; the front is flat. A 15 1/2-inch-deep flounce of machine-embroidered eyelet is stitched over the petticoat, creating a double layer for extra fullness below the knee. Under the flounce, the petticoat is edged with a self-fabric ruffle. The center back opening is nine inches deep.
