DescriptionWoman's fine white linen chemise, with V-shaped neckline and pointed center front insert of strips of bobbin lace alternating with strips of whitework embroidery, set on the diagonal. The neckline and armholes are edged with bobbin lace and whitework embroidery insertion. The chemise is about knee-length and it flares towards the bottom. The hem is 1 1/2 inch deep. The hand stitching is very fine.
