DescriptionDistant view of Southport across the Mill River. The most prominent building is the Congregational Church, to its left are the Academy and the Southport Bank. Two sloops are at a landing in the center. The small building at the extreme right is a flourmill with a spire of the Episcopal Church in Fairfield beyond.
