DescriptionPetticoat of fine white cotton, with most of the length decorated with twenty 3/4-inch-wide horizontal tucks. The skirt of the petticoat is cartridge-pleated into the 1 1/4-inch-wide waistband. The waistband closes with a single white ceramic button. The bottom edge is finished with a two-inch hem.
