DescriptionWhite cotton petticoat, with an 11 1/2-inch-wide border of quilting in a diamond grid pattern. The petticoat above the quilting is not lined. It is cartridge-pleated into the 1 1/2-inch-wide waistband. The waistband closes with a single bone button. The bottom edge is bound with self-fabric, cut on the straight grain.
