On the interior, a preprinted blue and white self-stick label is adhered to the lid, and reads, "G. FOX & CO. / PRESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT / Morris A. Shenker, Reg. Pharm., Mgr. / 960 MAIN ST. HARTFORD, CONN. PHONE 522-5151"
