DescriptionSmall boy's ankle-high boots made of turquoise-colored leather with a button closure wrapping over the front and to the side. The buttonhole edge and top edge of the boots are decoratively scalloped; the boot toes are round. The shank buttons are domed white porcelain. The sole is leather, and the boots are lined with white plain-woven cotton.
