BiographyLouisa Clinton was born 23 April 1797, the daughter of Rhoda Andrews Clinton (1772-1849) and Captain Anson Clinton (1764-1813) of West Haven, Connecticut. She married Captain Thaddeus Thomas (1790-1825) in Orange, Connecticut on 25 October 1814. They had two children: John Henry Thomas and Elizabeth Maria Thomas.
