Caroline Weir

BiographyCaroline Weir, the daughter of the artist Julian Alden Weir, was born in 1884 and married G. Page Ely in 1916. The couple settled in Old Lyme, Connecticut where Caroline died in 1974. She herself was a gifted artist and printmaker who produced posthumous editions of some of her father's prints.
