BiographyPlatt Hubbard was born in Columbus, Ohio on 2 November 1889. He studied art with Robert Henri in New York City and was active as a painter, etcher, and architect. He was a long-time resident of Old Lyme, Connecticut, where he died on 7 May 1946.
