BiographyJoelle R. Fishman was born on 5 December 1946 in Camden, New Jersey. She moved to New Haven, Connecticut in 1968. She was the Communist Party candidate for Connecticut's 3rd Congressional District from 1973-1982, and was unsuccessful in each election.
