Philip L. Steele

Phil Steele is the son of WTIC radio host Bob Steele. He ran a campaign for mayor of Hartford in 1987 as a Republican, losing to Carrie Saxon Perry. In 1992 and 2002, he ran for Congress in Connecticut's 1st congressional district, losing to the Democratic candidate both times.
