InscribedThere is an illegible pencil inscription on verso. It possibly says: "413"NotesDate note: Cataloging worksheet in object file gives date as 1917-18. Context note: Cataloging worksheet states that place of origin is probably Plattsburgh, NY. There was a military training camp in Plattsburg, New York in the 1910s. In 1917 a special officer training camp was held there.
According to the cataloging worksheet, the men pictured are possibly members of Company 11.
