DescriptionGroup of postcards bearing scenes of major landmarks in Hartford, including the old Hartford covered bridge, the Bulkeley Bridge, the Charter Oak Bridge, the Harriet Beecher Stowe house, the Mark Twain house, Main Street, Trinity College, the Connecticut State Capitol, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Aetna Life and Casualty Insurance Company, Connecticut Mutual Insurance Company, Travelers Insurance Companuy, the Y.M.C.A. building, the Hotel Statler, the Old State House, the Bushnell Memorial, the Samuel Colt monument in Colt Park, the Soldiers and Sailors Arch, and the Connecticut River. Two views are night scenes.
